Appointments are available Tuesdays - Saturdays between 10:30 and 5.
The first step to request an appointment is to fill out a form. Once we receive and review your request, we will touch base with the next steps. Due to the large number of appointment requests, we will not be able to fulfill all of them, but will try our best to get you on the schedule.
Once you have submitted a form, please make sure to look for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org for scheduling information.
A $100 deposit is required to book. Your deposit may be transferred over for one reschedule, with at least 48 hours notice. In the event of a last minute reschedule, 30 minutes late, or no-show, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment. In this case, you will be required to submit a new deposit in order to reschedule. Deposits will go towards your last session.
